Tess was wonderfully supportive ans helpful throughout the process and Zac kept me updated and like Tess, was very helpful in walking me through the process. If ever necessary, will def use the Park Road Abra again.

Working with ABRA to get my vehicle repaired was AWESOME!!! Everyone was so helpful and wanted to make sure I was okay given the reason I was here getting repairs. I loved the text updates on my vehicle repairs. Most importantly, my vehicle was completed exactly when they quoted me. AWESOME experience!!!

From the moment I walked into the Abra-Pineville office, all the Geico and Abra associates handled everything with professionalism and care. The Geico Adjuster, Grace, ensured I understood the estimate and process for getting my vehicle repaired. Tess was very helpful in setting up my repair appointment and assisting me during the vehicle drop-off process. Drew was extremely knowledgeable about the repairs needed and he was careful in explaining the most complicated details. Drew also personally contacted me to inform me of additional repairs needed and the timing, as well a met with me when I picked up my vehicle. Jeremiah, Geico representative, kept me updated on the repair process via text messaging every step of the way and he was sure to call me upon the completion of the repairs. Nick was super nice in completing the vehicle pickup process, he clearly explained the repair checkout information and allowed me time to inspect my repaired vehicle properly. Overall, my experience with Abra-Pineville was excellent! The level of exceptional customer service demonstrated was phenomenal. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure I was a very satisfied customer in every way possible.

Over promised and under delivered!! The location I went to did not have the experience to work on a 2018 BMW which took 3 weeks to repair. Overall a very bad experience!

I dropped my car off approximately 10am Monday morning with an estimated 4 day repair. I received a phone call 8am Tuesday telling me my car will be ready about 11. I didn’t pick my car up until Wednesday morning about 10 and it was unsatisfactory. The car still had damage, I spoke to Drew who informed me that he would have to talk to his manager to get this approved and for me to take my vehicle and someone would be in touch. I haven’t heard from anyone. This was already an inconvenience but If the estimated time was allowed, I wouldn’t still have damage on my car and when/if someone does call me back, I wouldn’t have to comeback for repairs that should have been done.
