I really appreciate Michelle's efforts in making sure repairs were completed within 5days & keeping me updated throughout the repair process however they reinstalled a thorn & cut out bumper trim when it should have been replaced; it's tacky and makes a lot of flapping noise when on driving 60 or more miles/hour especially on the highway; even if insurance won't pay for it u would have paid for it myself.
