Let me start off by saying my expectations have been exceeded in every part of the process at Fix Auto Peoria! First things first, the front desk girl Rachel provided excellent customer service and was warm and welcoming. She understood and empathized with my frustrations of not having a car for several weeks. Her overall attitude made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Kelley was my initial point of contact when first bringing my car in. She was very informative and explained the process to me. She took care of me by providing me with a loaner when my insurance chose not to. She did an excellent job following up with me in a timely manner. She as well, made the entire process so easy and worry free. I didn't meet Ben until the end of the process but he was just as welcoming and kind! He insured me of everything that went into the repair. My Jeep looks as good as new! This body shop definitely has quality employees and great customer service!

I thought the work was very well done. Everything looked as good as new. Sometimes I felt like the communication was a little lacking, but overall I’d give the experience a 9/10. I thought everyone was very friendly and you guys even helped fix an unrelated issue.
