Told claims adjuster and the repair guys a service air bag light came on after accident. Was told it was a recall item. I know it was not on before accident they said I had to take it to a dealer to get it fixed. What s the point of paying to get it fixed if I still have to get it fixed somewhere else. Put the car back to the way it was before the accident is all I asked for. guess I gota go some where else. Doug

Tom is the best customer experience person I have ever encountered when dealing with a auto issue..........I told him if he ever wants to leave there I would hire him to work for my company. He appears happy at Liberty,,,,but I liked him enough that I would hire him myself.
