Thank you for tackling our new roof rack! I know it was a lot of work and really appreciate you getting it done in a day. The main guy who worked on the car said he studied the instructions over the weekend, he was excited and really prepared to tackle it (he had ordered one himself from the same manufacturer). In fact, he even knew what was missing and checked to see if I had it on the car when I arrived. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The ONLY thing I noticed was that the windshield wiper hit the bottom of the rack. No big deal and not your fault - think we need to get shorter blades. Will be back for sure. Thanks so much! Karen

Although the first time service was not totally satisfactory-the back of the trunk was not secured to the car after the tail light was replaced, the 2nd time it was a very thorough job. Not only the headlight was replaced but the trunk cover was nicely secured.
