The text communication about the repair status is supposed to be helpful but yet there was no call or updates when the repair was not done on the expected completion date. I had to call to find out what happened. When I picked up the car there were some paint and dried wax scratches still on the car that I had to point out. In fact, there were couple of minor scratches on the brand new quarter panel. The technician was very kind trying to touch them up but his manager said i would have to bring the car back a week later for them to sand it down. I also didn't like the fact that I was asked to pay and sign the repair completion paperwork before i had a chanc to see or inspect my car first. I would think it should have been standard practice especially when the paperwork states that," I have inspected the repair work of my car to be satisfactory."

Great service Car came back better than before I had to bring it in

****. Your body shop did not "thoroughly clean" all the residue glass pieces. This is our second time as a customer. Our trunk had many small pieces of glasses that your body shop did not clean. 2. On our detailed invoice, you indicated that our "coin holder" was fixed and charged 54.18 for it. It was not fixed.

Thanks to the team for keeping me well informed, getting the car back earlier than expected, cleaning the car (looked better than what I left), allowing me to leave my rental there for hertz to pick up (esp with my daughter with me) not to mention the repairs are perfect. You scored high both times I've needed your service. Thank you all!

Everyone I came in contact with was helpful, friendly, professional and kind. I felt well taken care of and would highly recommend their shop. I appreciated the updates on my repairs as well as the friendly, very personable communications. At a time when things could be stressful they made it a lityle more easy!
