I appreciated that someone took me seriously about the hood marks on my daughter's Subaru. It's clear it was a pre-existing problem, but the staff was extremely responsive and helpful explaining the reason for the marks. This is the third time we've had work done. Each time the work has been excellent . Everyone on thje staff has been very professional and a pleasure to work with.

The service received was excellent, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. My one disappointment was having to return the day after picking up the vehicle because the headlight was not working. The bulb was promptly replaced, but the need to return was an inconvenience. It was explained to me that the bulb went out becasue it was the original bulb in the headlight that was replaced. To use the old bulb after having to replace the headlight seems such a small savings to justify cutting corners with an increased chance that the customer would experience, as I did, the bulb going out. Not only did this take my time but I could have received a fix it ticket while driving the car unknowingly the previous night to no fault of my own. I trusted that everything would be in top shape upon getting the vehicle back so it negatively impacted my perception of the work done to have to return with this minor issue.
