Anxious to get our vehicle back we were happily surprised when we were contacted that the repair was complete a week before it was promised! That made my day. I also loved the fact that we were kept abreast of the repair progress throughout via email. They are professional enough to not have the insurance company question the necessity of the repairs, which were in fact, extensive. Speaks well of New Look Collision. I work in a call center so I know what it means to be given the run around while someone tries to figure out an answer to give you on their error. So I didn't like how I had to call in so much and not get a straight awnser and on top of that was told it would be ready by Wednesday, then got pushed to Friday, then Saturday and was ultimantly pushed to Monday which I couldn't do so i had to get it Tuesday and was compensated only 150 of the 500 deducable. It costed me 75 a day to rent the car and insurance only covers 20 a day for me so it was a major inconvience and is now costing me a lot out of pocket I already didnt expect and wasnt my fault. Dont expect anything more but it does leave a bad taste in my mouth. Would suggest keeping customers better informed and employees more on top of their work flow. -Chris
