The The front body of my car looks fantastic. My only concern is the car idles very rough and the steering wheel vibrates, which neither happened before the accident. i spoke with an employee and I will be in on Monday after 1pm

Got two estimates because I wanted some extra work done. Even though yours was a little higher I went with you because you were willing to do the extra touch up at no additional cost and it DID NOT get done. Also, there was a big scratch on the opposite side of the truck that was not there when we left it. Now I have to take it somewhere else to get the scratch fixed. Husband was not happy at all and he said that he will not refere you to any of the men he works with (Timet)

Completed prior to expected completion date, made everything easy.

The only disappointment I had was due to my insurance company taking 10 days to even look at the car, but once it got to New Look, they were great--kept me updated on the progress all the time. Everyone very courteous and customer focused. Shop was immaculate and my car looked like a brand new car! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a body shop.
