Although I completed the Liberty Mutual survey with all 10's as promised, I didn't appreciate being bribed to do so. I understand the issue on my car was possibility of its own fault, but the car was in your care when it happened and up until that week, I never had this issue. There was no way to prove that your guys didn't cause the issue. Just as a general rule of thumb for such an inexpensive repair, I wish you would have just offered to fix it without bribing me with the survey. Had you done so, I would have filled out the survey on my own with all satsifactory ratings. I don't think this issue or the other issue I experienced with my car should have been like that when I picked it up. These things were obvious and should have been noticed before I ever got the car. I kept my word on the Liberty survey, but I cannot say I am happy with this experience.
