I tried to contact you by email. But it came back. While driving from bodyshop beauty molding from drivers side front molding fall out.
This molding repair was also done in this store year ago or so.
I have pictures from that molding and I just need to find papers to come for guarantee repair. Not sure why this happened but I'm not happy with that incident.

In enteral the repairs are good. My comment is just on the interaction with customers. Checking in is a very slow process and you never seem to know what is going on until suddenly it's over. Checking out is also a long process and when I arrived the car was actually not finished yet as they had to put on decals still. Everyone is very nice and friendly. I think if the garage had some sings saying drop off lane or pull forward or wait in car for the next tech or check in with the desk it would be helpful. Overall I would return. Thank you

Very slow. Constantly changing the date of completion. Inconvenienced me and ruined a lot of my plans and indifferent about it. I will NEVER recommend or bring my vehicle or anything to this place ever again! If I can give a negative score, I would!!! Worst body shop and incompetent employees who just seem to read off some rehearsed line about why my vehicle was taking so much longer and having constantly pushing my completion date 2 days at a time with no regard for my time.
