I am completely satisfied with the body work. HOWEVER, I got back a car that would not run. One of the men asked me if I had trouble with my starter. I said absolutely not and he told me to have it checked. I left your shop, stopped for some groceries and could not start my car again. Your mechanic came over to where I was parked and could not start it. I just had it towed to my Hyundai dealership. It simply cannot be a coincidence that you did work on my car and now it won't run. It is hard for me to believe nothing went wrong while my car was in your hands. I will get an analysis from Hyundai tomorrow and an estimate and will call you.

You did your homework. You prepared for my car before I brought it in by obtaining the paperwork from your Van Ness shop.You made an appointment for me that fit with my schedule. Your team was courteous on the phone, in your reception office and in the repair garage. When I arrived and told Chris Diaz that I brought my bicycle to get back home, he immediately and carefully lifted it out of my car without my asking him to do that.
