Brought car in on Aug 28 and was turned away because shop was too busy even though I had a scheduled appt booked through Elio **** of Progressive. Then brought car back on Sept 4. I didn’t hear anything about status until Sept 6 when I called in and Liliana told me Bryan would call me back. He eventually emailed me later in the day telling me I could pick up that day. Work done was fine. Communication was not good. Btw, Roman was great when I picked up my car.

At first, the service was perfect, very nice, communicating proactively.
Soon, it all went downhill
- pick up was delayed due to bay painting job
- missed a part that needed fixing
- disposed of the street parking sticker without telling me
- communication stopped, I had to call several times myself to follow up on the next steps

All my previous experience has been positive until this latest repair. I was promised five dates that my repair would be done and four of those dates were missed. Communication were lacking. I don’t think I will be a customer again.

Everyone from the office to the person in charge of repairing my car was exceptionally nice. The young lady in the office remembered me even though I had dropped of my car a week prior, the work was done perfectly, my car was even cleaner than when I dropped it off, the follow up was very timely and professional. Overalll I would definitely recommend this garage to any of my friends in need of auto body repair for their car. I also didn’t feel that the person in charge of doing the estimate was trying to oversell me.
I am a very satisfied customer ! Hopefully won’t have to come back for a while, but if I do, it will be with complete trust.
