My mirror was broken while the car was repaired. I was called and told that the car was ready and that the mirror was fixed. A few days later, when I picked up my car, I waited twenty minutes, and then was told my car needed the TPS repaired (which I was not informed of prior, I believe it was Brian who said he didn't know either). I ended up waiting over an hour. The car looks good and currently drives well, although the whole experience just made me a little anxious. I hope if there are any issues, I can bring the car back, thank you.

Body work was great, looks amazing - some of the detail work around trim and seals was not put together correctly. It can be fixed but looks like an oversight during the rebuild.

I've been coming to Alioto's for years, and have always been happy with the service and the work. My one complaint this time is that when I got me car home I discovered something wrong with it that had not been wrong when I dropped it off! My car is a Nissan Leaf, and when I brought it home and opened the "nose" hatch to charge it I discovered that the latch is not working. It worked when I dropped the car off last week, and does not appear to have been charged while at Alioto's, so I don't know what happened, but I may have to bring it back to have this fixed :(

Everyone that I encountered at Alioto's was friendly and helpful. They finished my car sooner than the estimated date. I am very impressed with their work and I highly recommend Alioto's to anyone that needs their car professionally repaired.

Small job. "Discovered" something wrong with headlight assembly when dismantled. Never offered to show me what the problem was and I could not figure out how that problem could have occurred since the "bump" from the other vehicles was so slight. that was on day 4 (of a 2 day job). got wrong parts. Was due to be done 10/30-31. Finally got on 11/7. Never cared that I was out of a car for a week longer than I expected. Found out on 11/6 at 4-ish that I was not getting my car and didn't even offer to pay for a rental because I had to have a car on the 7th. Felt like the Tesla cars got all the priority and my MBZ Smart car was a waste of their time.

over all the staff was nice and explained what would be happening with the car. My one request would be is at the time of estimate would have been the time to let me know you had a deal with enterprise for a rental car.

Told me it was ready. Got there after runnnacross town and leaving work. Only to be told. I told you I would call you when ready. Yet their computer generated email still said come get its. This is after being told it would take longer than expected. 2 weeks total. Staff nice enough but this visit wasn’t so pleasant. And got totally screwed out of 400$ by the rental. Nice. Total price for someone hitting me and being covered. $600 all from rental and charged for a part. But I still appreciate what they do. Won’t be back if I don’t have to. I chose this place because previous great experience. Do you read this ??

By far the most impressive repair service I’ve ever had. I appreciated the great coordination with my insurer and the prompt and timely updates on status. I live in Berkeley and was intiially reluctant to go to a garage in SF. I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend to friends.

Repairs look great and communication was excellent. Was difficult to arrange drop off (I have inflexible work hours and it seemed like staff was not willing at first to arrange for a morning drop off before my afternoon appointment - although this did work out). I was able to pick up just before closing on a Friday, but it would be also really helpful to have one or two nights a week where pick up could happen until 6pm. Just some thoughts! Overall like I said, very positive experience! Thank you.
