I'm big fan of Alioto's and have many repairs completed through your facility. I always appreciated the convenience of the rental and insurance in one place. This last visit was a striking difference. When I dropped my car off I had to wait 30 minutes for a team meeting to finish before someone could assist me. When I dropped off my rental nobody checked me in, the wait time was extremely long even though it did not seem that busy, when my car was brought out nobody met me to review my work or talk to me. I simply had to wad up all the protective paper left in the car only to discover my emergency brake handle had been broken. I told one of your employees who said they would send someone out. Nobody came by the time they needed my car moved so I left.

Thanks to Roman for taking the time to fix an issue I noticed with the repair. I'd happily come to Alioto's again in the future. Some feedback: I didn't feel like I was kept up-to-date of my repairs despite the email updates. I had to call two days after the projected repair date to see if the car was ready.

I note only one thing not satisfactory. A seat cover insert and possibly a vehicle cleaning brush. Not yet sure the brush isn't buried under stuff in rear but the seat cover insert is definitely unaccounted for.

The repairs done on my vehicle were great. The only criticism I have about the service I received was in regards to the gentleman handling my case - Darell. It was very hard to get a hold of him when I had questions. I had to go through my insurance company (USAA) to get the answers I needed.
