Just want to thank you for working on our car while we were away on vacation. It was perfectly repaired upon our return. The updates via email were wonderful as well. I'll recommend your shop to my friends.

Check In was smooth. Completion exaimatedbdor Tuesday and didn’t hear any confirmation until about 3:30. Would be nice to have a call or email saying still in track for Tuesday so I could arrange my schedule to make pickup possible. So I had to pickup next day. Car had front fender replaced and was driven out to me at front of shop. I opened the door and immediately could tell door rubbed on fender. It was taken back and fender slide farward and body trim adjected. New trim at front grill and fender don’t align seemlessly, but liveable. Splash panels under bumper replaced and screws not tightened completely so rattled and I tightened. New bumper guard also has slight slop and will bring back to shop if it generates noise or vibrates on road. Repairs done quickly, so pleased with than. It’s a 2003 car, so I’m not as particular about the work this time. But I’ll be replacing the car soon and this experience doesn’t make it a certainty that I would choose Alioto’s Garage for my new car. I received a follow up call from your shop on the repairs and have relayed the same details to her. Thank you.

Alioto’s is friendly and professional. Their staff goes above and beyond to make sure your experience great and their craftsmanship is impeccable. My repairs were extremely fast too. I was getting some paneling replaced and I was able to drop off on a Tuesday and pick up that Thursday. Excellent experience.

The repair took a whole week. Everyday I would get updates via email on the estimated completion of my vehicle. I really appreciated that. The staff was outstanding and the work done on my SUV was excellent. Having the rental car next door was also a plus. Thank you Alioto's for a job well done.
