I don't think you should allow the young lady in the office to drive peoples vehicle, she is unexperienced driver, She keep pressing on the brakes and my car was jerking. She had not shifted the gears and kept pressing on the gas. I told the other girls in the office that I do not want her to drive my car. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I knew the girls had told her because how she looked at me. I asked them did they tell her they said yes.

It was the best experience I have had getting a a car repaired - especially having bodywork done.... until I picked up my car. The repair was not as promised by Andy. He was not in on Friday last week, so I am hoping he will reach out to me. I will try to call him today.

I went to pick up my car I was told to go to the office I was expecting one of the gals to go over the repairs that we’re supposed to be done. It was really busy and it was my fault for trusting that the job was done. The gal has me sign and pay. I waited for another 15 minutes and was handed the keys and told I was to good to go. I get home and notice that the car was not repaired I call and speak to kiara I sent her a pic and she stated that I will receive a call back which did not happen. I send her a message following up and I get a call back. A day later since I did not see the credit back on my card. The gal tells me I was bothering kaira I was simply following up since I never received a call back. The new gal says I paid for the shop to have the car remove and put back the piece back not the repair and that I was my fault for just signing and leaving when Brian called me he quoted me around $500.00 for the scruff that on my car that the insurance denied I was like that is not in my budget and was originally told it would be covered and the insurance later denied that part of the damage I told Brian well if it’s not covered forget it I don’t want to pay out of pocket it’s not my fault brain said let me see what I can do since the repair has already been done will see how much I can reduce the bill . He did not call me back I waited. Insurance calls me on Friday saying that my car has been ready for days I told her no I spoke to Brian on Wednesday and he said he would call me back since I did not agree on paying since it wasn’t my fault. I get a call at 5.05pm Friday that I can pick my car that it’s ready. I couldn’t pick up Friday since I was notified after hours and the shop is closed Saturday and Sunday so I went Monday morning, was waiting for a while and I assumed one of the gals was going to point all the work that was done but instead the gall just had me sign the paperwork without looking at what was done on my car I trusted the shop and now my car was not repaired and was charged and now the shop is blaming me for trusting that the work was done. It doesn’t make sense for me to pay to take my car apart and not have it fixed. I threw $319.00 away. I’m very disappointed I went with a body shop that was in network so I wouldn’t be taken advantage off instead I was scammed. If the insurance was not going to cover the damages I should of been informed and not have been charged. I was expecting to pay $0.00.
But I understand since I’m a woman and have no clue about cars it’s easy to be taken advantage off and I now no to never trust a body shop. I had no issues when I worked with the body shop on bayshore and I assumed I was not going to have issues with the Folsom branch especially since Aliotos was highly recommended but I know now it’s a scam.
