Jimmy was my estimator. My repairs for a bumper were unsatisfactory. I had to bring my car back a total of 3 times, they've paid for my rental 3 times. My car ended up having overspray on the whole right side and under my car. They left my trunk open while during repairs which caused rist and dirt to build up on my carpet in my trunk. The last time I came to pick up my car I was upset because it STILL wasn't fixed. There's still a gap in between my bumper and read panel. They said they would contact my insurance and STILL have not received any call or notification. I call the shop to contact jimmy and he never calls back. And when I do get to him, he always says "I need to talk to my manager about it, I'll call you after I find out" and never falls back. This place is a joke
