My only suggestion would be since you and enterprise partner with respect to being able to drop off their rentals on your site as we pick up our vehicles that you provide customers with a drop off receipt confirming that the vehicle was left in your care in the same condition meeting the gas requirements etc. While Lori did come out and check the rental I had once I asked her to I still didn't have anything verifying that I had not damaged the rental in any way and that I had refilled the gas to a surplus.

Thank you. There was a little confusion on the front end of my process because I had two reference numbers (insurance companies). Once that was straightened out the process flowed extremely smooth. From delivering the rental, calling to update and explaining what would happen, giving an estimated date of completion. I am completely satisfied with the service I received.
