The gentleman whom I picked up my car from was quite insistent that my right rear bumper was as perfect as could be. He was extremely hesitant to have it looked at again. I was certain that it had been tightened too much, as it bulged out slightly and appeared too tight as compared to the other side. The left rear bumper had a slight imperfection, obviously from where it was scratched when placed in. He did take my car back and in a very short time the right rear bumper was adjusted and looked much better. There was nothing that could be done about the left rear bumper. Overall the repairs appeared very well done. Just the attitude of the gentleman was pressuring and was not what I expected based on all previous customer service I had received. The young lady who kept continuous contact was always professional and courteous.

Too many mistakes on a job that was supposed to be a month long, it took two months. I still have to come back and get a few details sorted. Your customer service folks are ok, but the techs and mechanics in the back are needing a revamp.
