I have to bring my at back in on Monday because none of the buffering was complete. I asked Adrienne to call the woman when the car was ready and she didn't so it didn't get picked up.

this was my 3rd visit to Fix Auto - 3 different cars as a 8 year span. the service has always been exceptional - from walking in to get an estimate, excellent office staff and final inspection of picking the car up. i was going to write a letter as you don't see service like this anymore nowadays. The staff is kind,considerate,knowledgable and gets the work done before time given. I have used them twice,once in an accident due to my blind spot, then when someone accidently swiped my parked car. Both times my Jaguar looked brand new. Thank you so much. I will spread the word.

I have never, ever been to such a organized, contiencious, and knowledgeable place! Everyone was extremely nice,professional, and quick! Leslie was absolutely wonderful!! She is a gem!
