The customer service was excellent. Although, I do have to say, that the updates I got via text message were completely erroneous. For example, this past Wednesday I got a text message saying that my vehicle was thinking to be ready for another week and a half. So I rented another week on my rental car. Worst Experience!!! I was rear ended and Fix Auto in Yorba Linda had my car for 10 days and never test drove it!! They released the car back to me with the engine smoking!! Horrible company!! My neighbor warned me to take the car there due to the bad reputation it has. Obvious now why!!
