The experience was smooth and painless. All employees are very polite. The young man who picked me up when my car was ready was especially charming. I would have liked to see an itemized bill/cost breakdown. I did have a verbal explanation and answers to my questions at the time I received the estimate. Still, the bill was very high for a scratched rear bumper. Just sayin :-)

My only thoughts are when you give out that AMAZING fudge after they receive their vehicle, can you please give us warm milk as well.

This was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone I spoke to was always very polite and willing to help. Everything was explained and completed in a timely manner. They were even willing to wait for me after closing time to pick up my car. To top it all off .....they gave me gifts! Great job!!! Thanks

I liked the fact that you kept me in the loop via text & email messages as far as the status of the job. The car looks like nothing ever happened to it, so that's a great job done by your shop.
