I was treat with respect and importance, like they cared about me. I enjoyed having the text messages to keep me informed about my car. It's much better than Anaheim Hills auto repair. If I ever get my car hit again, I will definitely return. PS I like the fudge and the Kleenex. How about some free Starbucks in the front lobby. Thanks Deninne J
