Very bad service. No signs of professionalism. Fix auto had the car for a month and when we went they stil didn't do the job right.

I received the vehicle back with only fumes in the gas tank and nearly had to coast into the petrol station around the corner. The alignment is off and the shop is closed until Monday. My insurance also paid the amount due in full, but I was still required to pay the deductible in order to retrieve the vehicle.

The repair wasn't done well and the rubbing compound was left on the car. I was told I can bring it back but to be honest I am not up for being without a car.

First attempt at repair was sub-par. Thanks to Jason who salvaged your reputation. Your staff commitedto contacting me but I was the one contralto calling for status. I notified State Farm that the 4 extra days of car rental should be on you.
