The original estimated time of completion of was originally 5-6 days, but ended up being 16 days. I was having to come out of pocket for a rental car during this time. Additionally, there was large chip due to the accident that was not repaired. I mentioned the chip to 2 individuals when dropping the vehicle off.

I have always been quite satisfied with the work that Fix it Auto has done in the past and this time overall it was great! The only item I would mention this time was that communication seem to be a little less clear than it has been in the past. There was discrepancy between the information I was getting in the emails and the telephone communication confused me on the status of my vehicle for a little bit. That said, I am satisfied with the results that I saw in the vehicle and appreciated everyone working through the discrepancies. Thank you!

Smooth from beginning to end; quick and professional estimates to text updates to pick up. I also liked the ability to leave my rental car there. Saved me an extra trip. Everyone on the phone and in person was very helpful and courteous.
