My contact was Nancy throughout the process. She is definitely someone you want to keep. She is capable, service oriented, honest, thorough, good listener and communicator, etc. I have not spent a great deal of time looking at the actual work done, but all appears to be good.

I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism I received from the moment I dropped off my car to when I picked it up. The communication was outstanding and I also appreciated the nice little touches of my car being washed and the little goodie box.

All of the repairs were well done. I was somewhat disappointed that it took so long, but all repairs were outstanding. I the future I will consider Fix Auto first and will recommend you any person that might need your service.

EVERY single person that helped me was professional, kind, and treated me like royalty. I was rear ended so I went to Fix Auto because they were a preferred vendor. I will absolutely use them again in the future and refer Fix Auto to my friends and family. My car turned out looking perfect! Not just the area they fixed but the entire vehicle. Thank you for making my experience so amazing!!!
