Everyone was very friendly and when I expressed that I really needed the car completed sooner than the anticipated date they said they would try. The car was ready two days early and the job appears to have been done very well!

The passenger side of my vehicle was scratched, I'm assuming during a wash or wipe down. It's not like a scratch from a sharp object, it has scratches from a hard fabric, all along the passenger side. I've already called and left a message but the office is closed today. I will bring my car in first thing Monday morning to get this resolved.

I would recommend your service to anyone. But, I left the rental car Saturday AM with Fix Auto because they said they would return it to Hertz Rental. In checking with Hertz this afternoon they did not have their rental car nor had they heard from Fix Auto that the rental would be returned to them. That left them without the car.
