No one was available when I walked in. A female came out gave me a paper to sign, gave me my papers and went back to where she came from. Nothing explained. Did ask if I saw my vehicle out front. I inspected it on the lot. Vehicle seems well done. Time will tell how good the quality of paint and overcoat used are. Impressed my vehicle was cleaned on the inside.

I did not know until I got home that repair costs were about 25% over the estimate. I assume this was for items not seen in the original inspection. It would have been good to have been informed of this and had an explanation of the reasons for the increase.
