Auto Works Collision Center- Lewes

Very professional & the daily updates in my vehicle were great! I was very satisfied with the service I received.

The whole safe was very friendly and they got my car done and fixed up in a nice amount of time.

Everyone did a wonderful job on my car and I felt very happy with the whole experience.

Call me. I was told the minor repair would take four days. They had the car for 10 days reporting three days in the paint booth alone. I have proof by the documented mileage when dropped off was 8924 miles and a full take a gas. When they finally told me it was ready, I noticed the tank half-full and 9094 miles on the car. Someone there ran my car for 170 miles! Of coarse they Denied that it ever left the lot. It’s been a day in detail but when I picked it up it was a ranch left in the console and the interior door area and leather is dirty. They obviously never clean the interior of the dirt they made in the process. The drivers door also was out of adjustment so badly it hit the rear door when I opened it. I took it right back and they appear to have fixed the door adjustment. I also noticed a scratch on the passenger door that wasn’t there when we took it in. I’m extremely unsatisfied and wonder what other damage your joy rider did to my practically brand new car.

My Ford Escape looks like new. Very neat and seamless work. Well worth the wait Staff is courteous and communicative. Rental car was easy to drive and comparable to the vehicle being serviced. We did encounter a glitch w the EZPass in the car as we were not made aware that we had to open the box to the left when driving on Toll roads. We are not familiar with EZPass. The tolls were NOT paid on the commencement of our trip, however, were recorded as Paid on the tolls for our return trip once I had deduced the problem and realized how to operate the box. I also spoke to Hertz regarding this issue. We are waiting the outcome and anticipating the issue to be solved in our favor. All in all, we are pleased with Auto Works Collision Center and would recommend their services.

The lady at the front desk needs a raise! I have never been treated with more kindness and respect. She is wonderful to deal with. You could never find a better person to represent your company. Thanks Shirley D

I was very impressed with my experience at your Lewes shop. I was greeted warmly, the shop was as clean as my home. Carol updated me daily on the progress of the work on my car. My car was ready when they said it would be. In addition to body work, replacing parts and paint, they detailed my vehicle. My car looks as good as the day I drove it out of the showroom. We are so happy, my husband said he'd never go anywhere else.

Thank you, there was absolutely no stress. From the drop off to the pick up , they were friendly, explained everything , arranged for car rental. I basically did nothing but drop off and pick up! AMAZING! I will definitely spread the word!

I was very satisfied with my repair. I requested they touch up the other side of my car. They said the color would be off because my current paint color has faded. I asked if they could blend it in. But they did not. They already had the paint. Now I have to try and get paint and try to touch it up myself and I am not as talented as they are. I was disappointed. This was a bit over and above but I did not believe out of the question. I don’t want the fee scratches to become rusty.

The workers at Auto Works Collision were very knowledgeable about what need done to my vehicle. Were very quick in having the repair done on the time they estimated it to be done. They were very friendly when ever I talked with them and kept me informed at the status of the repair. I was very happy when I picked my vehicle up to see that they even took the time to wash it.

Pleasant working with everyone and the car looks great. I loved getting the daily email status updates; however, I did feel that they could contain a little more information. If you car has gone beyond the initial completion date, it would be good for the emails to provide a new projected completion date. I had to rent a car so needed to have an idea. I ended up having to call the shop. I also received an email from Auto Works Collision.com that wasn't correct. It said car was on schedule when it was not.

The repair was done quickly, and it looks great. Plus, I appreciate the cleaning you gave my F-150 - especially the wheels.
