Many delays. Need to bring it back. Making a really weird noise left front wheel with every crack in the street. It is only silent if the road is absolutely smooth. Otherwise it seems like the wheel might fall off.

Your staff in the front office were amazing. Grom start to finish! They both were knowledgeable, and made this a very smooth process. I was very impressed with the texts I received almost daily, keeping me posted with an update on the repair. Your group went above and beyond my expectations! I am one to voice my opinion on these surveys whether negative or positive. I must say this was the BEST experience i have EVER HAD with an Auto repair/car repair business. Hands down the best! Thank you!
