I'm satisfied with the work that was done, I was not satisfied with the timing - I dropped the car off on Nov 10, and was told it would be done on the 16th, but then the repair was delayed until Nov 20th, even though no additional work was being done. Then the car was not ready until the 23rd, when I was supposed to leave on a road trip for thanksgiving. I was dissapointed with the lack of communication with me about this changes, and frustrated that the pick up date kept getting pushed back.

The team was very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. My car was returned to me immaculately and back to a brand new condition. Overall, what is typically a painful process was not due to Fix Auto.

I am happy with the job they had done on my new BMW 2015. I inspected the car myself with my neighbor watching me. We both agreed that they did a good job. My case was assigned to an employee. She is the only employee I need to contact during the work being done. She stayed on top of the work and informed me of the progress. She makes sure that the completion date as promised is honored. Fix Auto Montclair keep their promise. I would recommend them to anyone I know because Fix Auto Montclair deserve our trusts, our business. Honesty, outstanding, professional, trustworthy are the terms for me to use to describe them. Let me tell you because they are the BEST! Thank you.

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. The minute I arrived with my Acura, paper work was filled out and the car was ready to be inspected. I received phone calls, emails and texts updating me on the progress of the work on my car which I appreciated very much!! The car looks great!!! Thank you for doing such a great job on my car!!!
