Everything exceeded my expectations, thank you very much for that. Steve told me that the repairs should be ready by Friday and he surprised me by letting me know on Tuesday that my car was ready. Thank you very much Steve you’re wonderful

The repairs came out great no question about that, but I did ended up finishing some scratches on parts that weren’t there previous to being in the shop. Also my alarm got messed up where it doesn’t beep like it should... now car is silent when either locking or unlocking car.

You guys did a great job with my Honda Civic everything looks great the only issue I have is the tire pressure light is on I will be adding air and hopefully it will go away but other than that you guys did a wonderful job I appreciate you guys so much!!

Steve did not try and overpromise. He was straight forward and realistic about the timeline and encouraged me to plan accordingly. More than anything else, I appreciate a rep that is able to communicate unfortunate news in a straightforward manner. The fact that it was delivered ahead of schedule (by chance) was just icing on the cake. An upfront shop. Helpful staff that remember you. Candid willingness to help with unique requests. 10/10 feel reassured that should I need an auto body shop again, I am going here.

The customer service from Mayra was excellent, she’s friendly , kind, and she make sure customers are comfortable. Steve is so amazing ! He’s very kind and explained everything and anything the customer should know. We rate Steve 10/10 and Myra 10/10!!! Me and my husband sooo happy with your service and my car soooo clean inside and out. Can’t complain???????????? amazing service that 100 percent we will recommend to people we know!!!

Everyone was nice and accommodating especially the lady at the front desk. I received calls and messages regarding my repair and what made my experience more pleasant is that I got my car two days earlier.
