My pillow I left in the car is Mia. To me, it was part of the car. For years and I cannot be replaced I realize that you are not responsible for personal items but it is hard to believe that this below cannot be found. I think someone could easily have taken it home by mistake and I am hoping that every effort will be made to every employee associated with working on my car to find this missing pillow It did not just walk away, and I assume you keep car is locked that you are working on

You should not use the word " completely". It's an enormously high bar if it should be taken seriously. Generally a good experience. I had included a request for quote on non-claim items. It came back really over priced. Not sure what that was about. Had to take s pass. Great communication.
