Customer facing staff is friendly but knows nothing about the work done there. My initial concerns with my vehicle were dismissed with a "don't worry they'll check for everything and take care of it," and the staff was unable to answer any of my questions after the work was done. Now to make matters worse, your mechanics completely missed a glaring alignment issue that I had to point out the first time I tried to pick up my car. Now on the second time around, I still don't believe it's running right and will be asking your shop to take another look at it. Unfortunately, I'm not confident in your service.

I liked the contstant communication via email regarding the status of my car being fixed, John coming out at the end to make sure that I was satisfied and asking if I had any concerns, the relationship with Enterprise so that I could rent and return a rental car with ease, having my car detailed upon return, having all the paperwork ready when I came to pick up the car, how every time I called Fix with questions someone always answered the phone quikcly, and how the girls working at the front desk (jennifer) and kelly were prompt in answering my questions about the work that was performed.
One thing that I was unhappy with is that my car was delayed in being ready at the time that I expected it to be, after receiving communication 3x that it would be ready by the Friday before Memorial Day, and after calling for confirmation myself that Friday morning, thus making plans to use the car over the weekend, and then being told in the late afternoon that Friday that it wouldn't be ready until 4 days later, the following Tuesday.

For the most part I was very satisfied with the work and repairs you guys did on my vehicle. It runs great and it feels good to be back in it. Even though it's not a huge deal, I wished that the front left headlight was replaced in the process of replacing the front right headlight, which is the one that was damaged in the accident. Just for the sake of both of them being in the same condition instead of one being newer and the other being noticeably older. Other than that, my experience was good and I was satisfied in terms of the quality of repairs made.
