Everything was great and I am a repeat customer. Only comment is that I picked up my car on Saturday and there was only **** person working and the customer in front of me was having a problem with the final charges and insurance coverages. After waiting over 30 minutes, I interrupted and asked if someone could help me since my transaction would take less than 5 minutes because my repairs didn't involve insurance and Fix Auto staff kept me updated throughout the process and I knew exactly what my final charges would be. Someone ended up helping me and the staff who was alone at the front desk for pick up but there should be more people available especially for insurance related repairs. Thank you and you do a great job and I refer my family and friends all the time.
