I loved that we got daily texts to update us on the status of our car! Lindsay was super friendly when I picked my car up! I was also pleased to see they washed and vacuumed my car! This is our 3rd car being fixed here and will be the only place we ever take our cars! Thanks Fix Auto Irvine!

Lyndsay was terrific when I asked her to rescue something from my car that I had left behind. I really appreciated the seamless communication FixAuto had with AAA. I think my car should be washed and cleaned before returning. The voice mail message also indicated I should call ahead of time to ensure there was enough time to clean it up. That was on Saturday, May 13. I called around noon on May 15. When I got there, my car was dusty and spotty due to rain. I understand it got unexpected rain in the morning. That doesn't mean the crew shouldn't wash it. The lady walked me out to check my car. She asked me to check on the repair. Honestly, I couldn't see anything. She asked if she should clean it up so I could see better. Seriously? That was an after-thought...I was disappointed. I used my hand to dust off the area. I mean I would think she shouldn't have had to ask. To top this off, I saw oil crease on my dash board screen and dirt stuck on my steering wheel. Oh, there was some dirt marks on panel that opened the trunk. Maybe there is no policy to do detail clean. But I would say there should be policy to keep my car clean to how it was sent in. This is 3rd time I have used your guys for my cars. I don't have complaints about the repair. I just think you should raise the bar on cleanup work. I personally think it is logical to have at least a cloth to wipe down the area for my inspection, even if car wash costs money!
