I appreciate the text updates. Communication was clear and timely throughout. I felt like they respected my time. Employees are so kind and detail oriented, they replaced the tiny screw I had lost a while ago on my car key. They really go above and beyond!

Alberto and Chris were very helpful throughout the process. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired damages resulting from two claims at the same time and were great about communicating with the insurance companies and keeping me updated. The body repair and paint is the best work I’ve seen. It is seamless the the paint matches perfectly. Fix It is my repair shop from now on. Thank you

FIX AUTO made it very simple and easy to get my Infinity SX70 back to the condition I want a vehicle that I drive to be. Clean and classic looking, WITHOUT ANY SCRATCHES OR DENTS! Your repair planner Alberto Benavidez was very helpful, informative and easy to work with and made this transaction for easy. Couldn't believe how fast a turn around it was from the time I drop my car off until I received the call to come and pick it up.....great service!!!!

Very knowledgeable with working with my insurance. Chris was very professional and great about keeping me updated with the status of my car. The whole process was so easy with Fix Irvine. Chris and Zach were incredibly helpful and communicated with me and my insurance company regularly throughout the entire repairs process. To top it off, the job was done very well and ahead of schedule. Will defiiitely recommend to others!
