To Whom It May Concern: This is the first time I had to deal with a car repair shop. I was “extremely fortunate” when your Customer Service Specialist, Lexy Vega, was assigned to me. I was very impressed with her. She was: Extremely profession; Very knowledgeable; Very polite; Very patient, if and when I needed her to repeat something, which was often. She kept me updated, all the time, on the progress of what was going on with my car. She is a valuable “asset” to your company.
