This is my second time getting my car repaired at this location within 12 months.. Jason, my service advisor was informative , courteous and kept me well informed of my repair progress.. My hitch was the lack of detailing on the interior. It was sprayed with air freshener but it wasn’t detailed.. This is bothersome since last year when I picked up my vehicle it had been less than perfectly done.. Jason had done the job himself and explained that there wasn’t a detailer still on duty to do a good job.. His empathy and sincerity was felt and I said nothing and gave a stellar review.. so to receive my car this time with just air freshener was a serious let down.., if your company is going to offer such service than be consistent and detailed each time.. Again Jason is a rock star.. but Please make efforts to ensure every aspect is such..
