The service was done quickly and exceeded my expectations. My car looks like new! I appreciate that the car was cleaned inside and out before it was returned to me. The txt message updates along with calls from Dan always kept me informed. It was a very painless process to drop off and pickup the car and payment was coordinated with my insurance company. Everyone had great communication and made what could've been a very inconvenient process actually quite easy. Thank you!

Almost did not use the service. Ifelt the person was rude from start. I had a good experience prior to this one. I was in for a different reason this time but my windshield also was not working since the last fix. I felt the new person was generally being rude after I asked to have the previous person help. The new person told me that they would look at it but most likely not related to my last fix It turned out it 100% did. Then I was. It sure I wanted to have service king fix my car this time. The new person told me that I had to decide right there before I left or he could not order the part. I could not call it it. He then enay and did personal calls in front of me. He saw me standing there waiting a long time. I had to interrupt. He was very bad with follow up. Never called back timely and would tell me he would call but did. It. Today, he was suppose to call me in the morning and tell me if I could pick up the car. He did not. I had to call in. Very dissatisfied with customer service. The rest of the team was fun. I am typing on a phone and it is hard to see or proof. Sorry for any typos.
