The entire staff at Service King in Centerline Michigan were very professional and efficient. I didn't have to wait for service ... the paperwork was processed quickly and I was totally satisfied with the entire appraisal process. The office was clean and orderly, the staff in the office were very friendly and the shop area was impressive. I felt totally confident that they were going to do a great job on my BMW. My initial feelings were correct, my car was repaired perfectly and not only I am I totally satisfied, but I will recommend Service King Centerline to my friends and family if they need body work. The general manager, Luke Witczak, was very helpful and I truly appreciate his attention to detail. One other thing, while I was there, one of the office staff was personally rubbing out a scratch on a car for a lady who had her car damaged by a grocery cart ... at no charge because it was so minor ... that is real customer service!!! Repair was extensive and looks great.I was assured that if any quality issues arise I should bring my vehicle back until I'm satified.the lifetime warranty gives me piece of mind that my vehicle will continue to look good for as long as I choose to own it...can't find that type of assurance just anywhere.

I'm so pleased with the work that was done to my car. It seriously looked brand new. And awesome they cleaned inside and outside of the car. I was told it could take up to 2 weeks, they were done in 5. Adam took care of me. We sent emails back and fourth and he responded right away like within an hour.
