I appreciated the updates via text but would have appreciated getting a time frame for the work. Also when I picked up the car the backseats were down and everything tossed on the floor. It would have been nice to have the attachments put back underneath the panels in the back of the car and the back seats upright at least. Coming from work with lots of bags in tow, having to readjust the back seats and move everything in the rain added to the inconvenience of having to get the car fixed in the first place. Everyone at Abra was super nice and accommodating otherwise. The work on the car looks great too!!

The interior of my car was filthy was I picked out up, with white splatters everywhere, I assume from an exterior power washing Abra did. I paid $38 for an interior car wash at Mister Car Wash and it's still not all off. I will need to get the car detailed.
