I provided a service order from Hardin that showed what they had determined needed to be replaced to repair the steering damage. The estimate was done differently assuming the entire part did not have to be replaced per Hardin's finding. At the end of the day, Hardin was correct and I am assuming the repair was delayed by this error.

I just wanted to say that if it wasn't for Fix Auto of AHM, I wouldn't have had my car done right in a timely manner. They pushed the issue due to my not so great insurance, and got the **** rolling on handling the repairs on my vehicle. The front office staff was very attentive and great in keeping me updated.
