My only comment is that in these emails to make sure you have the actual customers name on the email and not the name that the insurance is under. My name is on the insurance but yet I got emails with my father in laws name on it. A little annoying since I am the one paying the deductible and it is my car. Thank you!

I have not experienced such professionalism in a long time. From the first phone call to driving away in my repaired vehicle. Everyone i encountered , Stephanie, Scott,Jesse, a passing employee who offered to help me carry stuff to my car and a “boss” I had a short conversation with, we’re all very pleasant. Scott and his team Went over the top to meet each of my needs and concerns I was first told it would be 6 days but Scott was on top of the situation and I was out of there in 2 days wow!! Who does that ?? only a Team that’ works together who puts the customers first gives excellent service that’s who does that !! This was my mess and they cleaned it up spotless with a shine thank you Fix Auto for giving us ppl like Scott and his team who truly care about who comes through your door Rebecca Johnston ????

Fix Auto did a tremendous job. I am very satisfied. They finished the job earlier than expected. They exceeded my expectations. My car is as good as new again as if nothing happened. Stephanie is very nice and very helpful. I would give her a 10/10 rating. Same as Scott who explained to me the job very detailed.Thank you to the whole team of Fix Auto. I will definitely highly recommend you. More power to your company. I really am very happy.
