I took my 2017 BMW -535i-gt addressed the issues with Sebastian , they had the car 8 days , after I Picked it up I was assured it was done , and I didn't Check , the BMW was Parked in the parking lot it was 107 degrees so no I don't go over the car with Sebastian , the very next day I called and spoke to Leo and he got me in touch with Sebastian , the very issues I had addressed with Sebastian were not fixed , so I had to go back to auto nation which is 45 min drive for me from Sinton, drop off my car , which was told 5 more days, spent 2 hrs at enterprise rental trying to get auto nation to get me a car , my ins company USAA was on the phone with Sebastian , going back and forth , spent until ****:00 getting all this done , and wasted most of my day thanks to their mess up , so no I'm not happy and will not be reccomending auto nation for repairs , I'm extreme dissatisfied and will be telling USAA about my bad experience with auto Marion so now I'm without my car for another 5 days, signed Very disattifiss heee in sinton Texas

What an awesome job fixing my RAM 1500. I was amazed at how it looks brand new after a fairly hard double impact. Sebastian was great, always giving me updates and keeping in the loop on the progress of the repairs. I won't trust anyone else when it comes time collision repair. Great Job ANN!!!!!

Sebastian was a great help. As I told him, I wish that corpus had more ppl like him in the workforce. He was kind , accommodating and always looking to serve. He kept in communications with me ; returning my calls promptly and answering questions quickly. I think he should be doing seminars on how to serve the customer and keep businesss coming in.
