Thank you everyone & especially Eric Robles for handling a smooth repair process, and Eric went out of his way to take me home (when I dropped off my car for repair service) when the your free shuttle had some car trouble and could not come back in time to drive customer back to his/her home ...
(I really appreciate Eric for doing this, no company has done this for me in the past )

Tom was my collision specialist. He did a very theral walk through of the damage as well as explained to me the complete process of repairing my vehicle. Tom made sure to give me full updates on the process. I’m beyond satisfied with the repairs. I didn’t even recognize my own SUV when I came to pick it!!
