Took close to 2 weeks. We're told it would be ready or pretty much so 4 times, they ordered wrong parts 2x. Just FINALLY got it late yesterday. Don't know uf it will drive ok or not. Adjuster very nice & cordial & guess he had no for sure answers either. But thank God it is fixed & regardless, I am Blessed!!!! Thank you

Curtis was my service man, and he made me feel like I was the most important person he was dealing with. He kept me fully informed; never dismissed my questions as trivial; never talked down to me; I was a tad disappointed in the quality of window tinting on the small window behind the driver's side and was willing to let it go, but Curtis sensed my displeasure so he is arranging a re-tinting of that window. Now, that is good customer service ! I appreciate the extra effort on his part.

I recieved messages that my car was on time, then wasnt told when it was delayed another three days. I got a message my car was complete, then had to wait three more days to get it. There were old parts left in my car.

After pick up we noticed the shop had left the chrome Cherokee logo off the door. Nate did a very good job getting the problem solved. He is very attentive to his customers needs.

Curtis did one particular thing that stands out the most, he called giving me an update of the status of the repairs granted it was that it was taking longer because he was waiting for insurance but it didn't matter simply because he took the time to call and inform me, communication can be a key whether it's good or bad, I felt that he cared. Repairs are great, communication outstanding.

Poor communication about what was going on. I had a cracked windshield that I was told might be fixed it wasn't but I would have liked that communicated prior to pick up. I was never given an estimate or any idea what would be done or was done during the repairs. Although service was nice enough no one knew about my car except Nate I would get text on status that were wrong. I received a text early afternoon that it was done I called Nate wasn't there and the person who answerd didn't know. I finally hear from Nate at 5pm on Friday and by then I do not have time to get from work to the rental car place and to get my car before you close at 530 so I had to wait until Monday and go late to work. When I got there the car was dead and had to be jumped. They were nice but just very poorly organized and poor at communicating. No need to contact me thank you for repairing my car I'm glad to have it back
