Destin Sparks did such an amazing job on our claim!! This was the first accident my daughter has ever been involved in and for a little girl that had quite an impact on a 16 year old. Destin's calming tone and ability to answer all her questions in a way that she felt comfortable, really separates him from the rest. I really like the way he kept her informed throughout the process and let her know exactly when her car would be ready. I'm very happy with Destin's professionalism and truly feel like , if there were more caring and compassionate people in the automobile industry like Destin that the world would be a much happier place. I honestly feel like after having been in the car business for 15yrs that I think we can all learn a little bit from watching Destin take the reigns and be such a pleasant person in the midst of all the confusion of an accident. He definitely has my vote for employee of the month and quite possibly the president of the United States!!!!! Great Job Destin and thanks autonation.

Mike was awesome and stayed 30 mins after the shop closed to ensure to we left with our vehicle that evening. Very personable and could tell he cared about the insured that have ussa insurance. Very quick repairs were done and that was important as we didn't have a rental.

I have you know that your repair team did such a great repair job that the area that was repaired look as though it just came from the assembly line! God forbid that I have another accident, but if I did I would use them again!

Everyone I met there was friendly! The job was done quickly and the finished work looked great. Even though we were going through insurance and didn't have to pay we were pleasantly surprised with the cost. It was nice to get the car back cleaned and smelling good too! I liked that Enterprise was right. Dxt soor which made the whole experience seamless.
