Great communication with constant, detailed progress on my repair, beginning with ordering parts to specifics like when my car went to paint! Thank you Andrew! My car was completed before estimated date! Dawn was very sweet and helpful in answering some questions I had during the process as I was out of town. I would highly recommend Certified Auto Body. This was my first accident and they made a very stressful time more bearable by providing the consistent updates! Thank you so much. Great job. Car looks great. It sound nice run good but the only problem is my gear shift when I go to reverse it I have to put it in between P & R to back up and when in D it doesn't lock on right away it'll slide into gear 2 and the brakes when I press on it it's like it's throbbing my foot is bumpy but other than that everything seems good

You all sent me an update about the vehicle twice, the first was once it got there and then when it was nearing completion. No calls or text in between. I had to call you all to get an update even on the day it was supposed to be ready. Once I got the car back and got it home I notice something wasn't correct. And even today as I got the car back yesterday I noticed another thing
